Teleworking

Teleworking means working away from a central workplace, either at home or another alternate work location, all or part of the week. It’s the wave of the future! One in five employees (approximately 28 million people) participate in some form of teleworking in the U.S. today. And it benefits everybody. Employees find a better balance between work and home, employers benefit from lower overhead costs and increased productivity, and all of us gain from less traffic congestion and pollution.

Click www.telecommute.org for vital statistics, helpful resources, and ways you can implement a telecommuting program into your business to stay ahead of this growing trend.
