Jennifer is the Grand Prize Winner of Bike Challenge!

RideFinders is please to announce Jennifer G. as the Grand Prize winner of our 2016 Bike Challenge! Jennifer is an avid rider for her bike commute. 

Jennifer, an employee with Virginia Commonwealth University, commutes to work on her bike at least three days a week. "I've been commuting by bike for about three years now. For the first year or so, I was a fair weather only bike commuter, but I enjoy it so much that now I bike everyday unless there is snow on the ground or an active thunderstorm. I have a pretty short commute, from Carytown/Byrd Park area to the VCU School of Dentistry on the MCV campus. I'm grateful to my coworker, Theronda, who sent me information about this contest and encouraged me to sign up. I love that bike commuting is simultaneously good for the environment, good for my health, saves me money, and gets me outside. It's like I don't have a commute, I have two bike rides everyday! I'm excited to have won a new bike and happy to do anything I can to encourage others to try alternatives to driving.
