Riders Needed for Newport News to Richmond Route

Fall in love with vanpooling and JOIN one! Riders are needed for the Newport News to Richmond route. The van departs the Target parking lot in Newport News at 6:00 am with a final stop at VDOT at 14th and Broad by 7:10 am. There are stops in route including City Hall.
